Description
Free to quote in full or in part.
GazeKeeper is a free break reminder for macOS by Hridya Agrawal. By default, every 20 minutes it asks for 20 seconds of looking into the distance. It holds the break while the camera, microphone, screen sharing or a fullscreen app is in use, and lands it at the next pause in typing. It can also pause in a Focus and move a break ahead of a calendar meeting. Settings and stats stay on the Mac; the only network request is the update check.
