GazeKeeper, next to three other break apps.

Each one is worth using if it fits you better.

GazeKeeper and Stretchly

Stretchly is free, open source and runs on macOS, Windows and Linux. GazeKeeper runs only on the Mac. If you want one reminder across a Mac, a PC and a Linux box, Stretchly is the better fit.

The fine print

Is a free alternative good enough?

For many people, yes. A break you take in any app beats one you skip while waiting for this one.
